This thread is dedicated to the sickest legs in bodybuilding history, both male and female.

Post up the freakiest legs pics, the most grueling leg workouts, your own sic leg pics...let's see who has the sickest legs here at progressionmuscle com.

In competitive bodybuilding, legs are by far the most important muscle group needed to win contests. It takes true "balls" to develop massive, ripped legs. I want this thread to be for the benefit of everyone, to help eachother in the development of our quads, hams, and calves.

You know JJ, as soon as I seen the title to this thread that second pic you got of platz with pants at his ankles is what came to mind...That is the sickest legs I've ever seen in my life... size & seperation straight sickness!!!!!!

Thers's not another set of legs that can touch platz's in that picture.

Wow that does look freaky Maldorf. I wish I could figure out how to put pics on here. I'm such a simple old fuck.. Demayo(rip) had some pretty freaky legs.
Platz legs were just off the hook!!!!! JJ marsh had some great legs too..

THe first 3 are from 4 years ago. I've improved my separation and managed to grow them even farther. 4th is from the 2010 Europa, 5th is from the 2010 USA's 1 week later. My goal is for my legs to complete the separation and improve my glutes. In these photos I am 5ft, 1' and 166lbs on stage. At nationals this year the goal is to be in better condition at 170ish.

Thank you brother, I've made quite a few improvements and am truly excited to see what i look like this time around, granted its' still 6 months away. Very supportive community here, it's awesome! :headbang:
