I've been eating these for a few months now, they are great. I'm not sure if this recipe has been posted before, but I've tweaked it a little so it should be original:
3 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 large banana
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 packets stevia
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp coconut oil
1. Smash banana into thick liquid with fork.
2. Add egg/egg whites and beat into batter
3. Add cinnamon, stevia & vanilla
4. Heat pan and melt coconut oil
5. Cook on medium - high heat for about 3 to 4 minutes

~ 18g Protein
~ 27g Carbs
~ 19g Fat
These are awesome, I eat them pre and post workout sometime.
