Advice on ways to cover/hide acne cyst temporarily (quick fix solutions) ?

Currently I am on Accutane (40 days in) so its not enough time for my large cyst acne on my chest to go away. I am traveling for a few days for a mini vacation some place warm and I want to wear a tank top but the cysts are above the tank top line and I am paranoid as hell because they are huge.

I know women sometimes use a concealer/makeup or whatever it is called to cover blemishes if they need to go somewhere important and need a quick fix? Anyone have experience with this ? I just need something to ATLEAST minimize the glaring look of the cyst acne that I have.
