Prescription I Got

It's been a LONG time, I know, lol, glad to be back though and just trying to catch up with everything. Long story short, I have some progressing mental health/PTSD issues. Some is most likely hereditary, I'm also guessing some is from my use in the 90's. Either way, my Dr. finally decided "screw it, I am putting you on medical marijuana". I was like WOAH, WHAT? Then he said "trust me" and I find this man very credible. It has only been a couple of weeks, but mentally I am doing 1000% better and love it! However, considering it is an all day process, even with the stuff they call "A.M." for morning use to keep you alert, it still makes me groggy and I do not really have the energy to get back into the swing of things.

Not asking for medical advice, I will bring it up with my Dr. on my next visit, but just curious if anyone else has been through this and what might be a better pick me up in the morning or afternoon so I can hit the friggin gym??? LOL (side note, I cannot add more coffee or caffeine to my diet)

Sorry if this has been asked, I already spent a couple hours catching up with the other threads.

Add one or two Primatine tablets and 100mg of aspirin to go with your coffee to make an eca stack. The energy you get will be a lot better than from caffeine alone. U have to experiment with different strains
They are not all equal
On that note... i take one very modest toke of sour diesel before gym
Workouts are hyper focused.
If I take two tokes itís too much... and Iíve been smoking for 20 years
I donít like the really high THC stuff, which is what a lot of growers are going for these days
