Phone on wi-fi...slow on select apps suddenly

Hey guys I have a Note3 and just speed tested my wifi and it came back at 28mbps download and 7mbps upload speed.
In the last 2 weeks, after everything was working perfectly for 4 months, my facebook, instagram, and Tapatalk(particularly professional muscle) either won't load at all or take a ridiculous amount of time where they're impossible to use.
What could be the culprit? And how do I fix this?

When I switch over to 4g, the apps work and load everything instantly like wifi used to do.

I had some issues with wifi too. It gets slow over time to the point I can't see a video on YouTube. But if i restart the phone everything gets back to normal.

No issues that I can remember in the last two weeks, since I installed the last two updates. XxxE4 and xxxE5.

You probably get a better response on XDA forum.

My Note 3 is N9005 btw.

I have re started the phone and re-set the router and it doesn't get any better.
