e-mail address - what to choose ?

what kind of email address do you find easier to use and can receive all kind of emails ? Currently using yahoo, but it seems I don't get all my emails. Thank you.

I'm surprised no one has suggested gmail. Everything sent or received comes through, https by default, and easy to setup and use.

Gmail does work with everything, just the spam is outrageous! Good thing it has a filter. To this day, I still don't know how I get spam. I have never given my address to any 3rd party website, but for some reason I get all the hooker ads, and ED adds..

I may not know much about secure web info, but I have read multiple stories of hushmail, not staying hush'd. They work with LEO's too. I wouldnt use husmail.

I first signed up with gmail, when you had literally had to be referred by someone who already had an account. Kinda an exclusive feature. Now, anyone can get one. I actually have my real name as a personal account, which is extremely rare nowadays.. But your username, probably already gone 9.9x out of 10.

With hush mail, they seem to have certain trigger words you can't say or use anymore with them. If you write stuff like 'order' in the subject field, it will close your account down. Not sure with actual drafts that are sent, but its a good idea to use a different service..
