Not sure what to do, computer has been getting re-directed, and a mess for weeks now...Yesterday all of the strange things I describe below started.
As of yesterday all my major accounts on my Home computer, I cannot access...and it's weird, it all started when I tried to log into my facebook account, i enter name and password,it thinks and then it signals like its going to load, and it goes to back (like a re-direct) to the initial facebook screen where I enter my information.
My hotmail account, which is the email associated with this account is doing the same thing.
Now what is odd, I can log onto different facebook accounts on my Home Computer and different Hotmail accounts on my computer. Just not that one associated with that email address.
My accounts are not shutdown, because the same username and password works from every other computer I have tried...
Also today, any sites like my bank that have secure servers, I try to log in and the computer tries to load them, but it cannot enter any of those areas, it just freezes or does the same thing sends me to the initial sign in page.
Very odd, I had someone go on Team Viewer and we ran Malware and AVG.
The one Virus that seems to keep popping up is this one
LUHE.SIREFEF.A c://windows/installer and then a bunch of numbers...
or sometimes it says GENERIC TROJAN and signals the same c://windows installer
The Virus scan says it eliminated them, but it keeps coming back repeatedly...
Are these related?? What can I do?? I am blocked out of all my important accounts at home...its a pain to travel to keep using other peoples computer to access my basic accounts. I have important financial info on my hotmail account..does someone have access to it, or is this virus just designed to crash my computer??
