Its here, my time to grow, super jacked for this. I actually started today, my laptop keyboard isnt working and my camera is dead so I'll get pictures soon. Here's my routine:

AAS; 1g Test, 500 Tren, 350 Mast

Slin/GH; 4iu Blacktops with 10iu HumR pre workout, 15mg MK prebed

Pending on when I train I do a diet like this
7am GH + Slin, caffeine tab and 10mg cialis
730am English Muffin, 20g PB, 1 Banana
830am 60g HBCD 30g EAA, 20g Creatine/Glutamine, "Putin pump" lol google this shit its nuts
10am 6oz 1% Milk, 1 scoop Whey, 1 banana, 20g Creatine/Glutamine
11am 80g White Rice, 16oz Chicken, Spinach, Olive Oil
1pm 8-12oz Red Meat, Veggies
3pm English Muffin, 1 Egg, 4oz Egg Whites, 3oz Ham
7pm 2 Eggs, 4oz Egg Whites, 4oz Ham, 1/4 Avacado

Timming changes heavily with work, carbs cut in half on rest days with potatoes instead of rice and no intra carbs.

Ended up eating a cheat meal yesterday night, the no hunger is already upon me. I read alot of Phil Vizs posts and I like the idea of just diving into this and going for extreme growth rather than easing into it.

Did 8ius today and I noticed way more, quads almost exploded, vascularity back after the dnp took it all away. Will contuine with close to the 3k calories mark rather than the low calorie plan I had originally written.

12ius today, no hypo symptoms and looking great. I dont notice more strength or endurance as this volume really makes it hard to go heavy but this is the most full I've ever been at a low body fat. Abs are washed away and some minor stomach distention, so ive done alot of vacuum work the past few days, but I'm still pretty lean and I'm ripped in the mornings.

Will go up to 15ius tomorrow as I'm getting nearly 300gs of carbs during the slin window.

Ive at the very least got a method, many variables I still need to learn to account for. For instance, that first workout was shit, too wimpy, you still need to move heavy weight with these volume workouts just not THAT heavy. That's why milos protocol calls for full body Giantset, to make sure your able to do the highest % of 1rp while getting max volume.

Been working on strength in my compound lifts so heres my chance, get super volume (70+ total reps) with 70%+ of my 1rp on my compound lifts, then go on to these murderous giantsets. Bout to squat till the cows come home!

In other news trying to drink more water and add more salt to the diet. This is the best diet/meal plan ive ever had and for once I look good and feel good.
 
I hate my legs and theyre going to suffer till I'm happy. 15ius today but wasn't fasted, I'll stay at this dose and try working the carbs down to 200 during the slin window and less than 150 during the rest of the day.

30 minutes fasted LISS yesterday (dog walk) and 30 minutes MISS on the woodway curve. Today I did 30 minutes fasted LISS, waited 30 minutes then pinned 4ius GH and 15iu HumR for a big lift;

30 minutes of farmers carry last night then 30 minutes LISS (Fasted,) moving, and a cross fit style ab/conditiong amramp workout today.

Finally found gerd relief, was as simple as 40mg omerprazole rather than 20mg. In related news, I now understand I have an unbalanced immune system which is refered as th2 dominance, it used to be much worse but it explains why I dont grow optimally, th2 suppresses acute inflammation. After review, I'll add the following sups to help balance my immune system;

1. 60mg CBD - has been shown to balance without inhibiting inflammation in those with th1 or th2 dominance.
2. 25-50mg DHEA + 30mg Pregnolone - Back filling the hormonal path ways should help bring adrenal function back to baseline.
3. (twice a day) 250mg Metformin + Vitamin B Complex - The antimicrobe and ampk effect of met will help even if met does work as an anti inflammatory (th2 creates too much anti inflammatories) and b complex to also support adrenal while offsetting the negative issues of met on b vitamins.

Hopefully this makes major strides. I know dhea and met should increase SHBG so maybe the AI dose needs to be 25mg ED.

30 minutes fasted cardio after a 14 hour fast than 15iu HumR and a workout. Didnt feel as pumped or vascular, though I felt depleted as soon as I woke up, I expected more than normal as I did a lot of cardio and low carb in between my last slin shot?? Will probably do 5 weeks of this with a week of DNP then repeat.

My body and mind feels much more at ease after I added DHEA/Pregnolone/CBD. Probably here to stay for the long term. I think I feel more full from the met but I'm still at only 500mg a day, same with the Astralagus, its too early to tell. Might bring the Allacin back into my OTC stack

Dont slowly up the kcals or slin, dive in and soak up nutrients asap while insulin sensitivity is still high. That was a typo kcals well over 4k, getting close to 5k currently 400+C/400+P/150F

Kind of crazy ive only out on 10lbs in 2 weeks, but I look much better/fuller while staying 90% as lean as I was in a deep defecit. I was under the impression using slin would be harder to stay lean, but its quite the opposite.

Yesterday for my off day; 30 minutes fasted LISS, 10 minutes LISS on the woodway curve before and after a HIIT Ab workout, then another 30minutes on the stair stepper that evening. 90 minutes total cardio for like 800kcals+ burned, too bad I ate 5k calories in 10 hours :. Bumped the metformin up to 500mg 2x ED, no issues at all so far.

Today tried 5iu GH w 20iu HumR, didn't like it, felt too drained and mild hypo before the lift. Will go back to 15iu and use as little carbs as possible for the day. Still planning on taking a week off of slin/AAS during the half way point so I can take a DNP/deload period.

Metformins starting to give me some smelly ass farts. I'm shitting more which is fine with me, but no real GI distress still, 1g is more than enough for the time being.

Did a good job mixing volume/mechanical tension/intensity. I think I'll lower the volume by 10% from here on out to add even more intensity.

Question, if my GH/Slin injections leave a welt, does that mean it's not fully IM? Welt leaves within minutes.

Some more metformin research questions answered

1. Metformin has yet to be shown to lower protein synthesis
2. Metformin increases glut4 and glucose uptake in muscle cells in both humans and animal studies
3. Metformin doesnt decrease mTOR, there are hormones that can increase both mTOR and AMPk at the same time
4. The decrease in IGF receptors is in the liver which might be why you store less glucose in the liver and more everywhere else.
5. Very little evidence to support metformin being anything BUT productive for both hypo and hyper caloric settings.
6. The GI distress isnt a sign of negative impact on metobalism or nutrient absorption. Its a sign of change in gut flora, which the anti bacterial effect of Metformin lowers total gut flora and creates less diversity, I'm not sure if thats good or bad, but its why we get GI issues.

So I'm a liar and I'm sticking with 20iu HumR PrWO for 2 more weeks rather than 15iu. Been eating like a mofo, carbs with every meal, and my sugars are actually better than before slin/met.

I'm loving full body workouts but its hard to get deep into sets. I really liked only 1-2 sets of failure today, most days you wont see this many movements but delts/arms do well with multiple angles. Will contuine to bust ass and do more intense workouts.
