First Deca Run

Hey all been trying to do some research regarding a deca cycle this will be my first time doing it. I blast and cruise year round all I do is test and just ran tren for the first time last summer. I’m a pretty low dose guy I try to let the training and diet assist the drugs rather than doing larger cycles. I’m getting off track but the thing I’m trying to dial down is do you “need” to run and AI during a deca cycle?i currently do not take one as I don’t need it according to bloods and also feel better off of it. I was just going to throw this alongside my test at 250mg. I was thinking of running 300mg a week maybe even less. Would 200mg or even less be worth it? Lotta questions just trying to cover my bases. I run 250 test e and deca at 300 right now. I have ran deca at 150mg also. I would do 300 deca. Didn't notice a difference at 150mg, except my right knee felt better than no deca.

I'm also on 4iu gh too though.

Yeah that’s what I figured I’ll probably give it a go. I just like to stay away from AI’s in general I’ve always read the older guys never ran with em back in the day with deca and I wanna day the doses were lower. Hopefully some old timers can chime in .

Message me in a couple weeks. I am getting a blood test done to see where I am at. I am not taking an AI at the moment.

If you have any concerns when running deca it would be progesterone so caber would be needed if any sort of those issues
