Another metformin thread

Had a cheat day yesterday with cookies, chocolate, white bread. Lots of simple carbs basically.

I took 1000mg metformin split am/pm.

Took my fasted blood glucose level this morning which read “Lo”

Quite surprised to see thst reading

Lo is very bad and dangerous if it is correct. Did you feel dizzy at all?

Slightly light headed but more so lethargic and foggy mind.

Not a great feeling that’s for sure.

But at least we know metformin works.
