sr9009 oil based how to dose

I just ordered sf9009 for mars research chems and it comes in a oil based formula. I know i want to take 30mg a day but do i inject it into a muscle or take orally. been trying to read up on it and not sure which direction to go. It says if you inject its painful. but it doesnt come like the other Sarms I have taken. please help thanks

MA Research chems are for in vitro research only, but for those who use other injectable SR9009 products illicitly, it appears that 10 mg/day is a solid dose.

Remember, orally administered SR only has 1-2% bioavailability (which means it is worthless), while injected SR has 100% bioavailability. Therefore, administering SR via injection is 50-100X more potent, per mg. This means that injecting 10 mg a day is comparable to swallowing 500-1,000 mg/day.
