Bumping my gh to 5iu/ed, should I be splitting it

For the past 8-9 months, I've been using ~3iu gh/ed post workout in the evening. I've always taken it in a single dose to work synergistically with my pwo insulin. I always kept the dose low b/c any higher was causing bad carpal tunnel. A few months ago I bumped it to 4iu, same protocol. Now, I'm bumping it to 5iu b/c the sides haven't been occurring. Should I start splitting the dose am/pm? I'm beginning a cut so I'm looking for help with fat loss, but I still use a small slin dose pwo.
 
Personal experience here... I found that the I saw the most profound results (fat loss) by taking my full 5iu first thing in the AM on an empty stomach and didn't eat for at least an hour and a half. I believe that the results would have been even better if I had done some cardio...any cardio...during that fast between the shot and my breakfast.
 
i would just take it all post workout on workout days and 1st thing in the morn on non workout days in the off season but when cutting i would do half in the morn then half post workout.
 
5iu still isnt that much gh, so I would dose anything 5iu and under at once. PWO has its benefits for muscle recovery but first thing in the AM followed by fasted cardio IMO is the way to go for fat loss.
