need sum gh+slin help pls

guys I seem to be confused on how to do the protocol for gh+slin. I am not looking for massive gains in anyway jus wanna stay lean or keep getting leaner without any muscle loss.

my prototcol is this

5iu gh am and do fasted cardio

i workout around 6 pm so i take preworkout 5iu humalin r(30min before workout) and i got sum metformin i use on my cheat day. is there anything i am doing wrong?i read that gh+slin are a perfect combo together but i also read that they counter each other?so was wondering if im doing this right or shud i change any of this up. thx again for tkaing the time to read this newb question of mine
 
looks like the slin can be put on hold for what your wanting. GH is all you need with a clean diet to get lean. GH+slin is a good combo for mass.
see if some others chime in. i would go GH and 250mg test cyp a wk. jm2c
 
well im on pct and i read slin was good to preserve muscle while "off" which is why i incorporated it. im not here to get huge jus put on quality lean muscle
 
Yes slin helps to keep your cortisol and SHBG down post cycle but if your looking to stay lean and burn fat then keep it to a minimum.
 
so is 5iu pre workout ok or shud i drop it to 3-4. i only use it pre workout which is 5x a week.

i didnt catch that pre workout. please keep some glucose tabs in your pocket.
not a fan of slin pre anyway.
 
im doing 5iu with 40 grams of carbs and 30grams of bcaa. this is my absolute lowest i can go. 10 grams of carbs per iu was a bit to high. ye i always carry glucose tabs if needed but not as of yet, thank god. Im just worried if i tried to do fasted cardio with slin, what would that do to me?

I would not recommend doing cardio unless you have a WMS on hand and sip it throughout workout and cardio. But Id avoid doing cardio for 3 hours if you doing slin. just my 2 cents.
why not run just gh and t3 and igf?
 
If you sip WMS through your cardio it will not help your fat burning. PM me if you would like some advise bro. I woud be happy to help.
 
Just be careful with WMS, it doesn't nothing for me in helping to keep my BGL's up.
