should i bother with MGF

i partially tore my pec about 4 months ago and its still bother me alot so im going to be using igf-1 to help it heal should i bother with MGF or not?

I've tried mgf twice in the past never saw any benefit from...one of the times I was experience pain on my right shoulder and it did nothing for me. I know this is vague but I don't want to go into to much detail here...to make a long story short I find mgf to be useless, thats just me though.

FSU, I assume you got checked out, MRI etc, to see how bad it is and if it needs to be repaired? I tore both of mine completely and felt IGF helped me. MGF didn't really do anything discernable.

yeah i got an MRI and the doc said just rest it and it would heal in 4-6 months but its been over 4 and ive barely seen any progress, the indent has healed some but the fibers feel loose or something
