Best Egg Protien

I'm just looking for the best egg protein powder for post workout. I've been using a decent whey recently but it still bloats me and I know egg is more absorbable for me. Any and all opinions and thoughts are welcome.

I use a truenutrition blend of egg, casein and whey and it tastes pretty damn good. With the ability to blend anything you wish in a powder, they really are a great choice.

Not what you are asking, but i like egg whites intl. Its pasteurized liquid egg whites.

Thanks guys, I'll take all this in to consideration. My digestion is changing as the years pass so I find I'm having to do a re-eval of the best foods to keep me at my best.

Eggs and pee protein for me now. Only protein powders my gut tolerates these days. Whey just goes right through me. Gaspari makes a pretty good tasting egg pp but in all honesty I prefer whole food as I've gotten older.

I bought some brown rice protein for similar digestive issues, it is so bad, i cant get it down.

I use casein for all supplemental needs except post workout where I use whey and oats. I also take vitamin shoppe digestive enzymes and it really seems to help. Definitely something you should consider trying.

I use a mixture of muscle egg liquid chocolate egg whites, true nutrition chocolate brownie pea protein (with probiotics), and true nutrition cinnamon roll whey. I use a little of each with peanut butter. Its taste awesome and digests well.

That thing happened to me too... nowdays I cant just tolerare whey.
I’ve tryed rice, pea and soy protein but they taste really bad.
Still looking for a good albumin, machê a beef protein could be good too.

I just drink plain egg whites. The taste isn't bad. I can only do a cup at a time if I want to avoid digestive problems.

Its not too bad when you get deep ass promo codes B.... LOL.... and not only that... the QUALITY of the product IN MY OPINION is better than what can be bought at Costco/Publix...… I really spare no expense when it comes to my fuel... the little extra expense doesn't bother me.....

MuscleEgg was one of like 3 things I could tolerate at one point during my offseason when I was having really bad stomach problems. 4 gallons a month was what I was going through as well, no deep promo codes for me though, lol

The best vegan protein I have tried was GAT's Plant protein. Most plant proteins taste like crap especially unflavoured. This is a blend of vegan proteins and after a few shakes I started really enjoying the taste. I got the chocolate and peanut butter flavour. Here is more info on it...
