Dr Maffei patients...anyone do anything other than gyno?

I am having a small revision gyno procedure with Dr Maffei hopefully soon, from work I had when I was a teen. I was looking over his website and his smart lipo results are pretty outstanding and given that my revision work is pretty minor and I have to travel for it I was thinking of doing my lower back/flanks which are stubborn as fk, has anyone gotten anything done beyond their gyno work, if so what else and how were the results?

I had gyno surgery with another doc and had abs and flank lipo as well. The issue is if you gain fat it will accumulate elsewhere, in my case my lower back gets fat more rapidly. That said, if i were to go back id do it again. If you are already paying for anesthesia the incremental cost is reasonable. Note if you have stomach lipo the soreness will be like doing thousands of situps, but with pain meds you'll survive.

Def worth it but not as big of a "return" as the gyno procedure.

In my case i think it was another $2k or so, but I had a good price bc I had it done by a plastic surgeon resident with oversight from another plastic surgeon (did it at a hospital in NY). Its a win win, the work is something like 35% of what it would be, but you are letting a resident do the procedure. The ambulatory services/anesthesia are already covered so its cheaper than if you were to do 2 completely different procedures.

I am getting smart lipo from him for my double chin later this year... i have a whole thread about my amazing results from gyno surgery with him... i will post an update about my double chin when its over...

another member on this forum NY Muscle has his abs done... got great results
