I’ve been feeing tired and sleepy all the time...
My diet is ok until yesterday, I’ve ate shit(not sugar, but Panda Express, brown rice and chicken...
And today I ate shit too...
Do you have an idea whey this tiredness?
I’ve got fired from my job, so I’m not waking up early anymore.. I feel bloated and dizzy(sometimes)too.. you know.. maybe the hgh!?
My heartbeat increased too( as expected )
