Mine...

Swai fish, less calories and fill me up better than tilapia

Strawberries, 2lbs is 150 calories. Pears at 100 calories per are pretty filling. Imo banana are the worst.

Asparagus, hardly any calories and somewhat filling.

Vegetables are always a perfect option for this. Very low calorie, high in fiber, and even provide small amounts of all essential amino acids and, pretty cool, they even contain very small amounts of the essential omega-3s too.

500ml egg white scrambled with 1/2 tin chopped tomatoes and brown sauce is my go to diet meal

watermelon- 1lbs is just 138 cal, cold and delicious
cucumbers- 1lbs is just 68 calories, cold and crunchy:love:
Asparagus- 1lbs is 85 cal, makes pee smell but tasty n lots benefits
carrots- 1lbs is about 163 calories, good steamed or nice crunchy snack
cantaloupe- 1lbs is 153 cal
broccoli- 1 lbs is @153 cal, pour italian dressing on it, wrap in foil, bake at 350 for @25 min, yumm!
celery- 1lbs is only 64 cals, scoop some nattie peanut butter and enjoy! one of my fave snacks

Those are my go to faves.

One of my favorite snacks while dieting is making sugar free jello and throwing a scoop of whey in it. Makes a pretty large bowl with basically 100% protein. Sometimes I eat two of those a day and it's enough "sweets" to where I don't even think about eating other junk.

Sugar free pudding w/ protein and 100% cocoa is another good one. If you have the calories for it you can turn that shit into fudge by using only 6 oz whole milk/a thick protein/peanut butter/light cool whip/cocoa/non bitter stevia

Popcorn (Orville Redenbacher's Smart Pop Kettle Corn) - 1 big bag is 13 cups of popcorn and 260 calories. 8g of fiber. That with a protein shake will fill me up for a long time and is <400 calories.

Kombucha - for some reason this really blunts my appetite. Way more than diet soda or other diet beverages. 35 calories or so per 8 oz (depends on brand).

as many Sugar Free Jellos as you can handle

psyllium husk is great for filling u up and has a ton of fiber and 0 cals

Zero carbs? Isn't fiber a form of carbohydrate?

Sandpig! How are you my man? It's been a long time since the '12 Olympia. I heard Jay say Sandpig (referring to you a couple weeks back) in one of his CutlerTV vids. Good to see you guys are still tight. Hope all is well.

lol yes it is, but i said 0 cals, which it is. fiber is not digestible so ur body doesnt get any energy from it. fiber is carbs, but fiber has no cals, and psyllium husk is pure fiber, so therefore has 0 cals and keeps u full really well. if u get it unflavored it tastes like shit tho lol and have to chug it down real fast lol. just gotta make sure u dont get the metamucil with the orange flavoring cuz that stuff has extra sugar added into it.

Even the sugar-free metamucil has added sugar to it?

I just do a tablespoon of husk in some crystal light. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour and turns to a sludge. Quite filling.

Now you got me Jonesing for a full English breakfast smothered in HP sauce. Except for on the fried eggs, a good drizzle of worcestershire sauce on them. As a Aussie lad growing up it wasn't a meal time at my grandparents, if my grandpa didn't have them on the table along with the horseradish sauce.

my meal is
1 large sweet onion diced
2-3 large jalapenos diced
1 red pepper diced
1 TBS of minced garlic
heated and scrambled with 3-4 whole free range eggs
it looks like a mountain of food...

I might have to buy some of this just to see what it tastes like.
