5-6 weeks of intelligent insulin use won't make you insulin resistant. The whole idea of insulin making you insulin resistant is off. Monitor your fasted glucose and you're fine.

I plan to use it only on breakfast during off days,and breakfast and pre workout during my training days,and I train 4 times per week,will it be enough to make me insuli. resistant?

Not at all. You could dose it everyday multiple times for 6 weeks and be fine. But monitor your fasted blood glucose and you can see exactly what it is doing. Will this be your first time running insulin? What type and dose do you plan to use? Be careful with the dose (especially preworkout) and start very low and work up gradually.

yes,this will be my first time,been thinking about using for years though..
I have other plan in mind,is that everyday I will use the regular insulin in the morning,so it will cover my first 2 meals,on workout days I will use humalog pre,since I train in the evening
If this is your first time running slin then there is absolutely no reason to run it any other time other than Pre WO. 5iu preworkout is all you need, and that's assuming you are drinking an intraWO drink. But before breakfast? Nope.
IMO quickest way to get fat is putting slin in your system around non-WO times.
