I don't see how this is possible with a blood test.
You know what they say about a fool and his/her money...

Looks completely useless. Your TRT doc just wants to milk more money out of you.
Not legit at all. What is it supposed to read your muscle type fibers? Without a biopsy? Saliva or blood, I call extreme bullshit here.
It’s a blood test that tells you what foods work best for you. What types of training are best for muscle gain and even what foods digest best in your body.
It’s $220 which is well worth it if this test actually works!
I was thinking something like a biopsy would be necessary but you just never know with technology
muscle fiber composition is largely determined by genetics. Ability to absorb certain types of food is largely genetic. The question is whether or not this company has enough knowledge of gene expression for the test to be useful. But I give it more credit than everyone else in this thread
