10mg Test prop ED & 20mg DHB EOD x 6 weeks so far. No AI! Dropped the GH and/or the MK-677 about a month ago. Less water retention and I honestly just feel better without them. I'm considering alternating the DHB with Primo E every few months. I also stopped taking a bunch of supplements. Only ones I take now daily is the fish oil, multivite, D3 and 200mg of Humanofort.
BP stays in the upper 120's to low 130's over 70's with 40mg Telmisartan/day.
I had this chronic cough that my doc had me on Albuterol thinking I had asthma/bronchitis. Shortly after dropping the Amlodipine and starting the Telmisartan the cough was gone. I had this chronic cough for years
I can't remember who suggested Telmisartan on this forum (Dante?, MyNameisJeff?) not sure but from the bottom of my heart...thank you very much!
Only getting up to pee once a night now is awesome. Used Cialis for this purpose but eventually dropped that as it caused heartburn. Another huge quality of life improvement came when I dropped the Pantoprazole I'd been taking daily for the past 4 years against my PCP's recommendations. Probably should have tappered off as I did suffer a bit with rebound acid production but held true and after about 7 days my body (lower esophageal spincter) adjusted. Now I have ZERO GERD issues!! I can't explain it other than my diets changed and I've greatly reduced my total dose of aas?
Strength is going up every workout. I have to keep in mind I'm only about 8.5 months post major shoulder surgery so have to keep the ego in check. My training partner says I'm looking fuller, more vascular. I believe the modified Keto/IF diet is most responsible for the change in body comp but the DHB may be a factor as well. I'm recovering quickly between workouts. Minimal DOMS from one workout to the next.
About the only concern I have is what the DHB might be doing to my RBC count. I'm scheduled to give blood anytime this week so I'll find out soon.
Sorry for the long response I'm just excited shits going in the right direction for a change!
