Gym recommendations — New Orleans area

On a quick little work trip this week out in NO.
Was wondering if anyone knew any cool/hardcore gyms out there that are worth checking out.

Valhalla in Elmwood is definitely the place to go in my opinion.
504 fitness isn't bad.

What days are you gonna be in town , I live on the "North shore" bout 30 min out of New Orleans.
