Pretty good interview with Lyle McDonald on training schemes, volume vs failure, DC Training to a bit, weight gains from post-puberty, etc. Was interviewed on the Dr. Dave Maconi podcast again. Thought he pretty much agreed with DC on a lot, outside of a few semantic stuff. Now, of course, training is specific for goals, which I don't want to leave out...one training type is not universal for all.

Perhaps one of the brightest minds we have. Also possibly the rudest person on the internet...LOL. We both have the same thing, bipolar 2, but I'm not quite as free spirited and open with my feelings as he is!

Lyle talks a ton of shit about everyone, but he respects DC training and Dante.

Despite his downfalls, I'll likely eventually read everything the guy writes.
