Diet -
Breakfast = 1 Grapefruit, 5 boiled egg whites + 2 whole boiled eggs, coffee with cream and sugar (1 or 2 cups - varies)
Snack = Usually some kind of fruit (grapes or nectarine)
Lunch = Salad with grilled chicken (romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, olives, avacado, lime juice with a little oil) and water to drink
Snack = Coffee with cream and sugar
Dinner - Grilled chicken (sometimes grilled steak) with 2 types of veggies (corn, carrots, peas, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower)
Snack - Coffee with cram and sugar
I don't eat after my night time coffee. Also use less than 1/2 tsp of sugar in each cup.
Daily Routine -
I get up and have my first cup of coffee. I take 2 IUs of HGH and head tp the gym for 30 - 40 minutes of cardio (I alternate days with running and stair climber).
Come home from gym and have my breakfast and multivitamin.
I work from home so I sit at my computer and have my snack.
Around 1pm I head to the gym for weights -
M - Legs
T - Back, Chest and a little stomach
W - Bi's, Tri's, Shoulders; 1 hour cycle class
R - A little mix of back and legs
F - 1 hour cycle class (no other cadio this day)
S - Off
S - Off
Lunch - See above
Dinner - See above
Current off a cylce of anavar - 10mg. I am just on HGH now - 2 IUs.
My goals are to get rid of some stubborn lower belly fat. I've lost weight and toned up everywhere else on my body except for my lower belly. I'm not sure what the problem is and why I can't seem to flatten out down there. I've contemplated doing some winnie tabs or T3? I've tried some clen in the past but it makes my heart race. I really want to get shredded in that area and am even considering doing some test....?....but am unsure of which kind to try.
Any feedback is appreciated.
