What do you prefer/recommend??
Help!
I've used someone online before followed the diet, sent pics every week etc..but I feel like I was given the "cookie cutter" diet and nothing was specifically for me. I have an extremely hard time losing weight in my midsection and my stomach definitely doesn't match the rest of my body. He gave me a diet that didn't change pretty much the whole time and I felt like I was just starving myself, and did cardio twice a day on top of training.
Should I find someone close so they can see my progess etc or should I go with someone different online?
I'm looking for someone who will be more attentive, design something specifically for my body type, and help me get closer to competing in figure
