Nutriotionist Online OR In Person??

What do you prefer/recommend??

Help!
I've used someone online before followed the diet, sent pics every week etc..but I feel like I was given the "cookie cutter" diet and nothing was specifically for me. I have an extremely hard time losing weight in my midsection and my stomach definitely doesn't match the rest of my body. He gave me a diet that didn't change pretty much the whole time and I felt like I was just starving myself, and did cardio twice a day on top of training.

Should I find someone close so they can see my progess etc or should I go with someone different online?
I'm looking for someone who will be more attentive, design something specifically for my body type, and help me get closer to competing in figure

If you look for some of the pictures of clients posted on this website you'll see we have some of the best in the business at helping people reach their goals. You need to talk to a few different guys before you commit so that you can see if they are someone that you'll be able to work with. Ask them how they work and how they make adjustments as you go and see if that's what you're looking for.

I recommend the trainers on this site not just because they are sponsors but we've all seen the results their clients get and you'll know what you're getting.

Hit up Shelby Starnes, he's a sponsor here and I've been working with him for several months now. I will continue to work with him for a while.

His diets are not the same for every client. I know this because I've spoken with other clients of his. You won't wait longer than 30 minutes to get a response via email (even on weekends.) He has a large following both here (many members will vouch for him) and within the scene in general.

I've worked with 2 other very well known coaches. Shelby has given me the most well rounded, health conscious diet.
