Hey Ladies! First I'd like to thank you all for your contribution in the forums, I have done a lot of reading in this section for my girlfriend and its been very beneficial!
My question for you is what would you recommend as far as taking the next step for her. She is 5'5 120lbs and 15% bf. This is natural with absolutely no supplement other then a Multi and Whey. She is awesome when sticking to her diet and training routines.
But she is looking to take the next step toward her goal of fitness modeling, by next step I mean addition supplementation. Im currently doing 2on2off of clen and this made her want to give it a go. But after further research she is wanting to take a smaller step, and is considering other fat burners like Shredz or Hydroxycut. What would you ladies suggest for her?
Her goal is to get to 11-12% bf.
Her current diet is carb cycling based off of Shelby's E-Book, High x2 pw -Low x2 pw -No x3 pw, with 120g carbs, 60g, 10g respectively. all carbs are clean (other then morning coffee from starbucks)
She runs ~2 miles 4-5 days a week then follows that with weight training for 60-90 min.
Thanks in advance!
