I have read correct me if I'm wrong but would OSTA, and var ok for a woman to take to lean out or lose weight? Without developing male characteristics? She has a degree in nutrition and has tried the HCG diet also plan and t3 I'm open for any suggestions? thank you.

Better question-- has she run var before? everyone experiences different things, but some women do tend to hold a litle more weight (water, muscle glycogen) with the var. I've run both before at low doses (5mg var, osta dosing every 36 hours) and felt it got me leaner, but also could have been a million other factors.

start the var low, and make sure its good quality var.
