suggestions about nolvadex with anavar

My wife is currently preparing for a show in april. This will be her 4th show in the bikini division. So far she has been doing excellent in open division and 1st or 2nd places in masters division. She wanted to step it up a bit this show..She has been running anavar for the last 3 weeks. Split dosages 5mg in morning and 5mg at night, roughy 8-9 hrs apart..my question is about the nolvadex..want her to run it for 6 weeks prioir to show. I'm thinking of having her run it 10mgs a day..does that seem like enough along? should she split up the dosages like the anavar? and when should she star weening off? and is it ok to run the var and nolvadex together?? thank you!!

10mg a day is a good place to start
and the dose does not need to be split.

If this is her first time dieting with anavar and nolvadex she will see a marked differance in how the fat comes off. If this is her first time using VAr then i'd suggest that she stops it 8-10 days out from the show as it can cause some women to hold water. Some people say that they can over come the water caused my the anavar by adding more nolvadex but to me that seems like a backwards way of doing things as it will likely lead to a more pronounced rebound
