Hair loss/thinning from TRT dosage expierences?

Just curious what peoples experience has been in regards to hair loss/thinning at TRT dosages....

Gathering information for my father as well as myself eventually, I would much rather hear personal experiences than read one size fits all BS info online.

If your proned to it from family history nothing you can really do. You can slow it down with some products but with the technology they have out today for hair loss no worrries

I know that's the standard reply for anything relating to AAS and hair loss but I'm trying to get a little more in depth. Did you lose hair that you felt was directly related to test at a TRT dose?


My father has a ridiculous mop of hair like a teenager it's crazy and he isn't going to do any hair treatments no matter what happens other than maybe getting him some nizoral shampoo. He really needs to get on some TRT for his own benefit and the people around him but I don't want to BS him about the side effects. Also I would like to keep mine, at 33 cycling on and off I still have a great head of hair I would like to keep.

Well first my family history didn't have any hair loss,I'm 50 now and after starting gear at 33 I've thinned out a little and I've been cycling on and off and now since then and won't go off until a doc says I must go off.I keep my hair while on gear for 17yrs now.

I shave my head now and am thankful for a nice shaped skull. I use to always do propecia on a cycle. Now I do not even bother. And I always stayed with "hair safe" cycles. Really "hair safer", none are completely hair safe.

I was taking 140mgs for a few months and I noticed thinning. I’ve reduced my dose to 100mgs a week and I’ve been there for years with very little thinning. Probably would have thinned without the test anyway. MPB is significant on both sides of my family. I keep my hair short these days.
