Blood Tests - LH and FH Low on Test and HCG

So my doc has me on weekly injections of HCG. My test is about 300 which is not too high based on a .225% cream I apply every day.

Anyway - bloodwork just came back and LH and FC are basically zero.

Is this the HCG? Should it be discontinued or spaced out more perhaps? I was also bloodwork 1 day after the HCG so Im wondering if that had an impact on LH and FH.

Any form of TRT will alter LH and fsh. You can have normal LH on TRT regardless of the method.

- Anavar every now and again but very low dose at 20 mg once a day

If anything I would think the hCG would increase LH. More than likely it’s the test.

hCG will suppress LH as will testosterone. It's the way it is. Pulling FSH and LH is rather pointless while on either.

sorry one more question on disruption using small doses of VAR.

So I've been doing very small dosages perhaps a few times a week to suppress appetite and maybe help out on a lift. Just 20 mg.

The labs seem great other than the LH and FH being low and maybe some cholesterol imbalances which do happen on VAR (but not too bad)...

I'm not on a cycle - just using it sparingly. How disruptive is it done this way or do I need to go off for a period. it's super useful.

Disruptive as far as what's already suppressed? Once you repeatedly injected both hCG and testosterone (or singular form) you pretty much shut the light switch off in your hypothalamus-pituitary to tell your gonads to kick out testosterone. Anavar isn't going to tank you any further.

You'd benefit it better if you used it continuously at 60-80mg per day for 6-8 weeks rather than here and there at 20mg.

There's nothing wrong with here and there. Tho It's not conducive as for eliciting any extra anabolic response.

Thanks-you are right- I def don't get much of an anabolic response on 20mg.

I use the low dose when fasting or cutting calories. at high doses like 60-80 which is what I used to do- I know it protects muscle and I'm hoping it protects muscle a bit at lower as well. I have some stubborn abdominal fat I'd like to get rid of without nuking the muscle too.
