Higher E2 on SubQ vs IM

Has anyone else experienced this?

I tried 6 weeks sub q at 105mg per week and my e2 was higher than my 6 weeks IM

IM: test 26.9nmol/l, estrogen 155 pmol/l

SubQ: test 24.0 nmol/l, estrogen 212pmol/l

Both were dosing EOD (same frequency). Also taking HCG at 100 UI per day.

was normal E2 , not easy to get sensitive E2 here.

When I tried SubQ injections my E2 sensitive level was slightly above normal levels. I was doing EOD injections at 20mg, 300iu HCG 2x a week and taking .125mg of anastrozole eod. Went back to IM injections with same protocol and E2 levels went back to 25.

Wow, same here. SubQ just gave me high E2 for no reason. When I did shallow IM, I didn't have E2 problems, used 1inch in thigh and glutes

so interesting, i guess the human body isnt always the same. most people say small daily or eod dosing and SubQ gets rid of increased test peaks and thus E2 and issues with hb/hct

Theory.... ive read that higher bodyfat levels lead to greater aromatizing. Perhaps subq into fat causing higher levels of e2 is related.

Did another blood test after switching to daily sub q @ 16mg and T was 850 and E2 was 227 p/mol (61pg/ml).

when i was doing IM i had test levels at 1116 and my e2 was only at 202 p/mol (55pg/ml).

so it seems sub q gives me more e2 conversion than IM.

hcg always constant @ 100iu daily.

I would suspect injecting into fat has a lot to do with it.

And the IM was daily at 16mg/day?
