Today I was prescribed 2 grain (120mg) of NP Thyroid. I am also on prescribed 100mg Test Cypionate per week.

From what I've read in the study below, it sounds like it can be dangerous combined with TRT (blood clots). Should I be concerned?

As the study is about 1 person that was self administering their own T I wouldn't pay much attention as he was not open about what he was doing plus who knows what else he may have been taking. I have been using T and thyroid meds for many years with no adverse effects.

I don't want to knee jerk and quit thyroid meds altogether but this study does have me concerned. But yes, I do see it was a single case. I wonder if there is any more evidence of this in other studies.

This individual was clearly in a hyperthyroidism state. I've mentioned this previously that hyperthyroidism can provoke a hypercoagulable and hypofibrinolytic state. Which can be a recipe for thrombosis. His Mean Arterial Pressure of 128mm Hg is an added recipe for thrombosis.

Physiological thyroid replacement in conjunction with testosterone is perfectly fine. Thousand upon thousands of individuals are Rx'd both without thrombosis.
