Question about dnp/clen

I’m currently running 100mcg clen 200mg dnp and 100mcg t4. I’m getting random sides I’ve never hadn’t before. I’m not sure what is causing it. I have excess mucus- coughing up a lot of into throughout the day, stuffy nose, throat at times feels like swalloing glass.

I wouldn't run clen and DNP at the same time. That is too much. DNP is strong enough on it's own where you don't need any other thermogenic compounds.

Agreed. You dont need anything else in your arsenal other then a strict diet.

I appreciate the input, the doses of them are pretty low. Just curious about the random side effects I’ve never experienced before. No interest in dropping either compound unless it’s causing my issues. Nutrition is on point.

I get different sides from different sources products.
That being said I believe dnp lowers your immune system. I currently just ended my dnp run and I had almost the same symptoms.
I ended up going to the docs and it turned out to be strep throat and a respiratory infection.

I felt like that for 3 weeks now. I'm on meds now and getting better but when I am running a cycle I usually do not feel sick , I feel invincible. That being said I do get sick on cycle I just don't realize it 99% of the time and just go about my daily routine.

When you are in a fat loss process, your defense system in general will be weakened and it will be easier to get sick, how knowing if DNP causes it?

There are many factors that cause mucus and irritation in the throat, the history of side effects and anecdotal evidence do not connect DNP with this sides.

If you can tolerate it, run both. I can't use Clen bc I feel like shit shaking the whole time.....just don't go any higher with the Clen

You don't need clen with DNP. DNP is more than enough. It's better than clen and t4 put together.

That's true, but if you can tolerate clen...why not? I know guys who have run both. As long as you are well hydrated you should be okay if you can tolerate.

Ive run clan + DNP several times.

if you can handle clen you might as well run it. I know lots of dudes like ephedrine more but I feel better on clen. Just got done with a 28 day DNP + clen run.
