low heat fry some oil(whatever you like),
1 onion, 1 garlic bulb, 3+ radishes, 1/2+ cup peas or beans or anything else..
you can add things like spices/herbs: cayenne pepper, hot paprika, sea salt, turmeric, cumin, oregano etc... play around with different ideas.
