I've been on var for the last 2 weeks and haven't seen much results, this isn't my first cycle so i have my diet and exercise down. But I'm not budging when it comes to the scale or bf % maybe I'm checking too soon, but from what I can remember from my last run I dropped weight in the first week (that was 3 years ago) I've strictly been lifting tho, not much cardio except once maybe twice a week. So my main question I guess would be can you see much results from doing strictly cardio an var. I was thinking about just doing only cardio while I'm on it. Just trying to get that bf % down is my main concern.

Hi!! Why no cardio?? I see the fastest results when I add cardio in first thing I'm the morning on an empty stomach. Plus I feel better physically and mentally when I incorporate cardio in my daily routine. :)

Definitely X2 on the fasted cardio. IMO, fasted way to shed lbs.
I would do fasted cardio, take your var and still train, no reason to not train.
Make sure you have your macros are in check. Weight should fly off.

Haven't been on in a while. Thank you all for your help, I stuck to it and did more cardio. I did more cardio and lost quite a bit!! :) happy with my results!

I keep cardio at least 3 times per week even when bulking. Not only does this allow me to eat more food and direct this food more towards muscle and energy rather than fat. Also cardio has a great benefit in making harder sets easier and just giving multiple health benefits.:eek::eek:
 
anavar is one of the only anabolic steroids that can be called a direct fat burning steroid.
so keep on using you will see the result

If the var is real you should see something in 2-4 weeks. Unfortunately var is one of the most counterfeited drugs, often substituted with dbol. Did you order your anavar or did someone in a gym sell it to you?

Would anyone be able to give me advice for my lady who is running var. 10mg a day. I tested it upon arrival and it was a positive test, but she is experiencing irritated or sore nipples. Any thoughts?
