Hi there! I hope you've been able to find some help. Dieting for shows can do quite the number on your body systems for sure. Depending on how your coach dieted you, like cutting out fats, carbs, or whatever they cut has alot to do with endocrine disruption, stress, adrenal fatigue. I suffered from all and had to stop competing to really let my body heal. It takes a while to start feeling like yourself again, then the mental and emotional toll it takes on that part of you takes a little longer.
