Bath time not funtime

My mutt is so dramatic. He hates a bath but the second pic is about an hour later. As you can see he and the cat got over it fast.

Thanks. He is pretty dramatic from getting a bath to when I trim his nails. However 20 minutes and a treat later he forgets and forgives.

Have you tried rescue remedy? There's one for pets and one for people. It's made of Bach flower essences and is supposed to have a calming effect.
Some people swear by it. It's just a couple of drops in their food or directly in their mouth.

My dog used to act the same way around bath time. Funny, he always acted like i was abusing him just by the way he looked at me! Cute animal's!

My dog actually loves baths, he also loves to swim, great looking dog and cat.

My dog was the same. He hated all water. He would splay his legs wider than the Bath so you couldn't get him in. Once finally in there he just stood there looking very sorry for himself. Looked much like yours in first pic in a way. Funny animals and nice looking dog you got btw

Thanks. They are buddies for sure and for 130 lbs. the dog is pretty much a gentle giant.

Thank you. He is a bullmastiff and very dramatic about things. Never cared for a large breed before. however after research they really are big babies as long as they are brought up with some love and discipline.

I use a hose and wash my dog pack outside. It's Canine Waterboarding if you ask them.
