At my lowest point of 24hrs(waking) it ranges between 44-50. It's around 55-60/low60's during the day at work.

I currently take 100-200mg Test and 20mg Deca a week. Last blood work(May) showed total test at just over a 1000 and free just over 300.
I follow a cyclical keto diet most of the time
 
If you don't have a BP monitor (BAD!), do the following:

Checking your resting heart rate isn’t difficult. Start by sitting quietly for five minutes or so. Then, place two fingers on the thumb side of your wrist, between the bone and the tendon over your radial artery. Once you feel a pulse, count the number of beats for 15 seconds. Then multiply that number by four. That will give you your beats per minute.
 
Bulking now so eating bad but it's been 70s 80s. When cruise it's in 60s. I take carditone which keeps it lower tho

47 when waking up, during the day around 56-62.

On 125mg test per week
 
52-55. on 100mg test a week, keeps me around 650-680.
when i was in tip top road cycling shape it'd be in the 40's, as low as 42.
back then i could maintain 180bpm for an hour on the road.
 
Between 58-65 but I'm on 5mg Bystolic. I actually bought a pulse-o-meter that is even more reliable since I don't have to get up and walk over to the BP monitor. I can lie on the couch and put my finger in the meter and it adjusts in real time.

Heart rate always jacks up quite a bit when adding even low dose gh so I have to raise the dose of Bystolic.
 
Used to be in the low to mid 60's natty back in the day.

It was in the 70's until February when it decided to leap into the 90's on a pretty decent blast which included nandrolone.

Now, we're back in the 90's again and guess what I'm running? Deca. I was supposed to do a shot with Deca in the mix today, but I've decided to drop it. I have a Dr. appt scheduled for tomorrow. I need to see what's going on.
 
During contest prep my RHR gets low... ~43-45 during the day. And that can even be when running low dose clen.

Offseason it will go to ~55 RHR.

Edit: This is typically on cruise dose of 200mg test.

I'm also smaller than most of you. I competed at 173 lbs a couple months ago at 5'10". Offseason I've been up to around 210-212. Even when blasting my RHR never goes >60 though.

Mine has always been on the higher end 80-90 with meds

Im on a beta blocker bisoprolol, but have heart failure which raises it. Mine now when I am exercising on a regular basis is about 55- 60. If I let myself get out of shape it will drift up into the low 70s.

My BP jacks up when I watch CNN or listen to people like Elizabeth Warren and Maxine Waters.
 
58-84bpm on TRT 140mg/week.

My caffeine intake varies from 300mg-900mg+ ed, work schedule is hectic...

Same here with Carditone. I'm on cycle (for me anyway)....so 200mg test and 200mg npp weekly. My RHR is low 60's.

On TRT dose of 100mg of Test a week...it drops into the mid 50's.

I usually stay in these ranges regardless of being around 180lbs in the summer...or 205lbs in the winter.
