How do you fill out after cutting/ being depleted

Just looking for some pointers. I am current cuttin slowly, cruising on 200mg cyp a week. Basically I’m pretty flat, on low carbs and cals all week and I’m trying to fill back out for the weekends (newly single after 16yr) but I’m having problems with bloating when I go to carb up for the weekends.

What types of carbs are good for filling out without too much bloating?
 
You could use some natural diuretics like green tea, vit C and the one I like more is “water out” from now foods.

Being full mean be a little water up... if you dont eat shit like pizza, burgers, you’ll be pretty decent and upping de kcals for some days will be even more good helping the cutting when you come Back to it.

Cardio is great too! In cutt or off

Do a search for "skiploading"
Also are you sure you are "depleted"?
