I've read it's a possible side. I just don't know how common. I've been having this issue for years, and taking CB for years too (Jarrow). I remember we spoke about our burping issues once.

I think we're just prone to it NH, I swear half the shit I take gives me heartburn.

I was diagnosed with chronic acid reflux when I was in my mid teens so unfortunately I always have heartburn if I don’t take my meds. I’m prescribed Nexium and Zantac. Even while taking my meds daily though I am constantly burping all day. Especially after meals. The only thing that I’ve found that really helps is apple cider vinegar in water before each meal. Cuts it down considerably but not completely.

Lately everything is causing me reflux. Crazy how a shitty diet can fuck your gut up so fast.

Make sure your acid isn’t to high in your gut or having acid reflux. If it’s reflux some of those anti acid OTC mess with your brain chemistry( I think it’s zertec).
