A good figure can often attract more attention and become more handsome after wearing clothes.
But I recently found that some people's chest, back and arms are very well trained, but their belly and legs are weaker trained than their arms and chest.
So I was wondering if you guys also have a part that you are more inclined to train during your workout. If this is the case, what are the parts that you usually prefer to train? :headbang:
