A good figure can often attract more attention and become more handsome after wearing clothes.

But I recently found that some people's chest, back and arms are very well trained, but their belly and legs are weaker trained than their arms and chest.

So I was wondering if you guys also have a part that you are more inclined to train during your workout. If this is the case, what are the parts that you usually prefer to train? :headbang:
 
I see stick legs all the time in the gym,.....lol.

Hey some of those guys with stick legs work legs harder than anything and still have the stick legs!

Like me....quads and hams aren’t so bad but my calf’s might as well not even be there....
 
I hate everything equally... lol
 
My training split is push, pull, legs. I probably enjoy pull the most these days, but I make sure to hit every muscle group
 
no bodypart favoritism. I feel that reel bodybuilders(competitive or not) enjoy the process of training everything for maximum effect!
 
Love everything but really love training delts. Especially the medial head.
I could train them every day.
