Sauce for Chicken and Rice??

Anybody have any suggestions on a sauce to put on your chicken and rice? I dont know about everyone else but im tired of eating plain ol chicken and rice, even with seasoning. I really like the red Chinese hot sauce but its really really high in salt and BBQ sauce is pretty salty and high in carbs too. What do you guys use?

Dressing's and sauces from Waldens Farms. Zero fat, carbs, sugar etc......however, sodium is high.

dice or shred your chicken up , add a little curry powder and a few tablespoons coconut LBA's and mix all together

makes a great Thai chicken favored meal with added protein

cook a bunch of chicken in the crockpot with enchilada sauce, doesnt add alot of calories and taste great with brown rice.
