Any product actually work?

How effectively?

Are these more comparable to AI’s or SERMS?

I use 30mg Ralox due to mild Gyno for years (60mg when on any potentially aromatizing cycle) and 5mg of exemestane year round (250 T is my sweet spot for my “”TRT”” lol)

Would love to get off BOTH

DIM, Zinc, and boron all have AI like properties. I have successfully used DIM as an AI for TRT. At blast dosages I dont believe they would have much of an effect.

I work with some guys who use DIM with their TRT with success. With larger dosages/cycles I'm not sure how effective it could be.

I have never had negative side effects from taking Exemestane everyother day or even every 3rd day at 12.5 mg so I've never bothered with otc AI's (or commonly marketed as anti estrogens).

I look forward to reading people's experience with otc ai's.

I've had bad results with A-dex, lower the good cholesterol, lowering libido etc, so many times I've purchased from research chem sites as many gear sources didnt offer Aromasin. I used to use chemone and research stop when they were still around. I've recently purchased from a research chems source that sponsors this forum with good results.

I like DIM a lot. Use it as 'base' and then utilize stronger AI's as needed. DIM will metabolize estrogen, and convert bad estrogen to the 'good'. Inexspensive and has other health benefits as well.

Dim is pointless imo unless your just taking natural test boosters .... dim ins naturally derived from broccoli

My trt doc recommended i try DIM for estrogen control, numbers never changed. My new doc is pushing a product called estro factors (main ingredient is DIM). I'm reluctant to try for some reason. I typically just stick with Aromasin when needed, as well as Nolvadex

Some of the "natural" grey market anti estrogens work, but it is hard to get a handle on the consistency and driving estrogen too low is just as bad. Last year I tried one that was combined with tudca (I'm forgetting the name, it was a ton of yellow pills you had to take). It totally floored my estrogen and I felt like ass. I'd rather use a known Rx compound like exem and ralox where the dose can be careful calibrated.
