I’m curious as what time everyone typically tries to go to bed each night. I’m up a little later than normal on the east coast. I tend to hit the sack by 10 PM. I get up at 7:30 AM.

Having kids make you get up early, that is for sure. Our kids have to be on the school bus at 6:30 am sharp!
 
1-2am for bedtime...6:30am up time...1-2pm nap time (3 hour crash).

I’m in bed by 2-3am and up at 12 noon in a perfect day but shifts at my shitty job are inconsistent and change one week to another

5:30am during the week and if were lucky my girls will get up 6am on sat or sunday....mind you, we put them down at 7:30pm.
 
730-8 pm I get up at 3-330 am 7 days a week

I’m an IT Recruiter who works from home and doesn’t have children. I wake up, eat, and turn on my laptop.
 
In bed at 9:30pm...up at 4:00am

I feel best if I go to bed at 8pm but if I work out in the evening I go to bed around 9-9:30pm. I set my alarm for 5am but wake up between 4-4:30am usually.

I’m in the same boat! I have a 4 year old and 8 year old…..i’m in bed most nights 10:30 – 11:00 and up around 5:30.
 
9pm bedtime
5am wake up

Weekends more like 10-9
 
In bed around 12AM - 1AM, up around 8:30AM on weekdays and weekends.
 
9, 10 if the wife is felling extra nice. Up at 530.
 
My nightly routine...500mcg BPC-157 in the left shoulder, 2 iu GH, 12mg MK-677, 10mg Tadalafil, 10mg Test Prop, 10mg Amlodipine, 40mg Pantoprazol @ 9pm with my pm supplements: 200mg Humanofort, 5000iu D3, 24mg BioAstin, 1000mg Liposomal Vit C, 800mg Magnesium Glycinate, 1200mg NAC.

I'm out like a light by 9:30pm. Wake up once or twice per night to pee, drink water.

Internal alarm clock goes off in my head at 5:30am.
Bring it!!
 
I make it to bed around 3PM and up at 9PM.
 
At 2 o'clock at night :eek: but staying in bed untill 9/10 in the morning unless I have a early exam.

It's fucked but I'll try to fix it after my exams
 
I shout for 9pm , but it’s generally 9:30-9:45
I wake up at 4am
