How hot is it where you live? A lot of us work outdoors or are getting cardio in someplace and it’s freakin HOT out there. What was the high for today in your spot?

My spot is dead center of the country and it’s 99 with a 110 heat index

It’s 95-100 here on most days (sometimes higher like 105-110) with about 100% humidity... Every summer gets more brutal..

I guess it’s because some people are different but I personally don’t think dry heat is that bad, I mean, 103 is bad anywhere but I’ve been in 100 degrees in dry/desert areas of California and Texas quite a few times and 100 degrees there feels like 80 degrees over here lol at least to me...

Southern CA...upper LA (much hotter than the westside) and its 105 during the day. Drive 30-60 mins south and its 20 degrees lower.

I've done AZ heat (100-115) as well as the heat in Atlanta (90 degrees but 90% humidity) and the south is the worst by far. Dry heat is annoying but the humidity makes me want to kill myself. Always sweating and just kinda damp. NOT fun at all.

Same here, good old hot, humid, kansas heat. Heat index was 110-111 today. Worked outside, part shade, part sun, no breeze, building a deck.

95, heat index 105. I work outside 90% of the time. Pretty standard July for South Carolina. In the 80s next week, supposedly.

August is always worse.

On the national news last night it showed someone with a pan of biscuits on his dash board cooking in my town. Kansas the worst they said.

Heat index 117° temperature 99° Louisiana...just got out the hospital today from a 2 day visit because of severe heat exhaustion. Even noticing the water in some swimming pools evaporating over a weeks time...the humidity down here makes for soaking wet cloths when working outdoor
