Post show/diet rebound into PCT

So I've always wondered for guys who compete or diet down to get shredded while on gear and then come off and do PCT after and stay off for a few months. Can you get that anabolic rebound naturally even after coming off gear while your hormones are all fucked up or do you just wait after PCT and go into a surplus? Reason why I am asking is post cycle fat gain is almost inevitable if you eat like a fat fuck and cortisol levels/estro is super high(in my case GH didn't really help me stay that lean, but I also ate a shit ton and lowered my workout volume by alot; I know I should of ate in maintenance or a lil less). How would you go about this if you were to get shredded on gear and then come off and go into PCT trying to maintain being lean but also trying to put back on size, diet wise, supplements(t4,gh,clen) etc.?

This just ain`t gonna happen. Come off cycle, STAY shredded, GAIN size, AND do it while starting PCT? You should ask, what is best way to maintain what I gained, going into PCT. Drop your cals down to maintenance, keep up on your cardio, keep lifting heavy. Know what foods your body can tolerate, some people can do 50-60% carbs and be fine, othes like me need 25% carbs or lower to stay lean. Maybe you can get a small bounce if you were glycogen depleted and then you replenish. I would not call that gains and it will be short lived.

YEah but what if you went on cycle just to maintain muscle mass(maybe gain a few lbs of lbm) while getting bodyfat levels extremely low. I mean if you cut naturally and did that the anabolic rebound always happens(as long as you eat reasonable not like a fat ass). My question is cutting on anabolics and then going into a bulk natty; was wondering what kind of scenario that would bring. Would the anabolic rebound still happen; or would it be a diff case since exogenous hormones are no longer in your body and the body is all out of whack?

Ive done many pcts , in my younger years aged 23-31. The one when I was 31 , with more experience comes to mind.

This was post contest so I was very lean . I used clomid for nolva for pct then. also d aspartic acid. and natural supplements, beta alanine etc....anyways I ended up gaining strength , size, and actually got compliments . I went from 202 to 218 in about six weeks. The reason I gained so much probally was my hormone doses were low. I used over the counter prohormone orals back then only.

since then ive been on trt and go down to trt immediately post training. This year I went down to 70 mgs and basically maintained. I really didnt lose strength and while i gained some body fat stayed leaner . Now that I use more, gains arnt as dramatic post training.

does that make sense?

I see; yea I plan on doing a short low dose test cycle(cruising dose) with some sarms to get ripped up. But I have done pct before; on my oral cycle I didnt get too fat and kept a good amount of strength. But my test cycle I bulked up and then when I came off I kept the calories the same and also lowered workout volume(I know stupid should of gauged my new tdee) and actually gained weight on cycle(mostly fat). My plan is to get shredded; but I do want to go on PCT after; I know bodyfat is inevitable, but since I will be in a deficit I was hoping for some kind of rebound(natty I always get this rebound after a cut with a lil fat gain). Was most of the size you gained fat; or mainly muscle/glycogen when you headed into PCT?

a lil bit of fat. muscle glycogen as well as when you increase carbs water intracellular, and glycogen stores increase causing more fullness. strength went up quite nicely about a month after i stopped so that told me something
