So I've always wondered for guys who compete or diet down to get shredded while on gear and then come off and do PCT after and stay off for a few months. Can you get that anabolic rebound naturally even after coming off gear while your hormones are all fucked up or do you just wait after PCT and go into a surplus? Reason why I am asking is post cycle fat gain is almost inevitable if you eat like a fat fuck and cortisol levels/estro is super high(in my case GH didn't really help me stay that lean, but I also ate a shit ton and lowered my workout volume by alot; I know I should of ate in maintenance or a lil less). How would you go about this if you were to get shredded on gear and then come off and go into PCT trying to maintain being lean but also trying to put back on size, diet wise, supplements(t4,gh,clen) etc.?
