Retaining water on cycle ?

Weight shot up while cycling on var . Added a lot more cardio in like sprints andnerc with a hoodie on and it seems like when I drink a gallon it helps with keeping the weight down .

This is my first time doing this so just looking for tips

"water weight" with a cycle is normally what happens with
high body fat%

I would suggest getting your diet in check and start dropping
body fat and your "water weight" will come down as well...

Thank you ! Will work on it . Been meal prepping and eating every 3-4 hours or so and cutt out the junk when I got on just didn't realize how strict I had to be .

it will take about 3 weeks for your body to adjust just make sure your var is real and keep your water at over a gallon and diet clean!! how much are you taking?
