norovirus/stomach flu

what do you guys recommend as far as diet goes to try and get some nutrients in me. Haven't been able to keep anything down or in for the past 2 days. I've been trying to eat just plain toast and some egg whites and trying to drink plenty of fluids as I know I'm super dehydrated. Went to ER yesterday where they gave me an IV and made the diagnosis. Thanks for any help!

I had this last year. Sorry I don't have much advice for you. I lived on applesauce and toast for several days. It was awful I lost ten pounds. Wish I could help more. I do wish you a speedy recovery though.

i also had it in summer last year, was brutal.
what def helped me where electrolyte tabs. I did dissolve them in a small amount of water (since i could not drink very much without puking) and then drank it.
also, ginger tea helped a bit in the later phases where i could drink a bit better
