I would do them daily,,split AM/PM. The key is not doing too much for too long.

You only need to take gf juice once daily from my understanding as the enzyme stays blocked for a while. 8oz every AM should do the trick. Gf juice will allow your body to get MORE of the drug.

It doenst make that big of a diffrence in some of the orals.

i would split taking once 2 hrs b4 workout and the other time in either
am or pm ,whichever is the opposite of your workout...
with or without food..shouldn't matter...

depends on what i'm doing that day...

i like to split them into two doses, one in the morning one post workout

but if i'm doing a lot of walking that day i might just do all PWO because i don't want to deal with back pumps

similarly i opt for PWO over pre WO because the back pumps can hinder my workouts at times

Just started playing with orals this year. I prefer preworkout, a little dbol, drol, and halo. Great pumps and aggression.

I do sometimes use some spread throughout the day during a blast, but smaller doses, and just one, dbol or drol. But with the preworkout protocol.

i have been training here in the uk for 23 years and we all used to use the all dosed once per day for good results, ive tried the split method and found no extra performance benefit, and if we done the pre workout method we would use extra mgs ontop of the daily dosage.
of course the latter gave good results because of the extra dosage.

Split it up. Unless you are using insulin. Then dose according to your slin schedule. I'd prefer all pre-workout if I was using slin post-workout.

I'm running drol pre and lovin it.
50mgs 2 hrs pre to up andros and anabolics when needed most, instant streanth, great pumps and anabolics for my biggest onslaut of micros of the day.
Keeps down the bloat and sides. Next w-Halo at 15mgs, like a shot of insta-tren.
Other orals, like proviron, var and winny I would use according to half life.
