Thoughts on opening a supplement store with Sarms?

Was pondering the idea of opening up a small store near a college area as a supplement store. Don't want to do a franchise like gnc or nutrisport,etc... b/c I've seen too many go under and most get supps online. I was thinking maybe carry bulk items like whey and fish oil,etc... From somewhere like truenutrition and use my own labels but carry all the exotic Sarms and grey area legal items that most haven't heard of. Same with fatburners. I have a great lawyer who is a family friend who I'm sure can write up legal docs and prob run it under an LLC in case someone tries to sue,etc... Wondering if you think it could go big?

And I think there a tin of designer pro hormones too. I wouldn't just sell the stuff to kids though. I'd offer nutritional advice and training advice,etc.... Prob have a waiver to sign for 18yrs+. I'm thinking it would prob be best to rent as well instead of buy invade FDA bans all Sarms then I can just sub the lease. I'd have to figure out the process of selling things not FDA approved but it can't be that hard because most stuff isn't FDA approved anyway.

I think an online shop would be best because SARMs can only be sold for "research purposes" so having a physical supplement shop would look very bad even if you label them for "research." Also an online shop has less upfront costs. Even if you do an online shop and sell tabs and/or caps it'll be very iffy legally especially if you come up with a name for your supplement and try to brand it. I think you should ask your lawyer friend.

My lawyer said the legal aspect will be no problem with a contract he writes up. The online stores are a dime a dozen which is why I wanted a shop. I figure let's say the FDA pulls them then China will just tweak a molecule and they will be back again till it takes the FDA a few years to ban them again. I'd be more concerned with selling stuff like cialis like research sites do bc everyone knows what that is but most don't know about Sarms and gray area pro hormones,etc... I mean black stone labs hasn't had any issues and they don't even market mk677 properly. They say "dry hard gains" lol when mk677 is 90% water weight

True just be careful bro. Maybe market the caps / tabs online as well because the liquids taste like shit and that's why imo a lot of people stop using SARMs. The stuff isn't priced too high if you message reputable suppliers on Alibaba. Assuming you sell mk-677 @ 25mg a cap with 60 caps per bottle that's 1.5 grams which would cost around $24 in bulk (mk-677 is 4x to 2x the other actual sarms since mk-677 isn't a sarm) then add in $5 to $6 for bottling and you're at $30 per bottle cost. Then just figure out your sale price based on your fixed costs of your shop & estimated volume though I wouldn't go under $49.95 a bottle for the mk-677.

Yes my lawyer is a pro at writing up liability issues so if anything were to ever happen say I get sued,etc... Nobody can go after me personally. Prob have it set up under LLC or something. He can figure all that out. I wondered why black stone labs didn't put for research purposes only on mk677 and just a normal under 18yrs old legal disclaimer but I didn't know mk677 wasn't a sarm so that's why. I'll have to see if I can sell Sarms in cap form bc that may void the "for research purposes only" aspect but I'll have my lawyer check. Do any of the companies flavor them? I'd think a strong peppermint would mask the taste but then again flavor may void the "research" aspect. I'm thinking what would be nice is to work with a supplier who could just tweak one little thing on Sarms to where it no longer would technically be called Sarms and then I wouldn't have to worry. Kinda like how the Chinese did that with drugs like X and lsd,etc... And made a fortune till they get shut down.
